The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and bus exchange. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, with spacious and comfy beds. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The Wi-Fi worked well, and there were many hangers in the wardrobe. The nearby shops provided convenient options for food and groceries.

This hotel is a great find in the heart of the city. It has a convenient location and is reasonably priced considering its central position. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you step in. The rooms are clean and functional, with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, being very close to the main train station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and access transportation. there were several restaurants and grocery stores in the area, which was convenient for grabbing meals or snacks. The view from the room on the 5th floor was also a nice bonus, offering a great perspective of the city. the location and amenities made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
The breakfast seemed to be a letdown. The hot items were cold, and the quality of the drinks from the coffee machine was questionable.

Great location near Hamburg central station and bus terminal. Easy access to public transportation. Middle-eastern district with shops and food options. Pleasant surprise of getting a triple room instead of twin. Courteous receptionist who provided a to-go breakfast and printed train tickets.
Felt like being at home, with nothing being too much trouble.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the main train station. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city and in a cool multi-cultural area with great cheap restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms were clean and spacious for two adults, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with strong Wi-Fi and a functional bathroom. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

Conveniently located near train station and bus station. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with 1980s decor. Taxi station nearby. Easy access to transforming media.
